How it differs from raw SAM.gov alerts

SAM.gov's saved searches are free and send every matching notice. That includes award notices, justifications, overseas work and same-day deadlines. This shortlist removes those, says whether a notice is a real bid or only market research, and flags amendments, site visits and incumbents.
